Cheese Monger Tour

The Cheese Monger Tour starts with a welcome introduction talk to Errington Cheese and the historical connection to cheese making in South Lanarkshire. The tour then enters the cheese making buildings where you will be able to get up close with the process. Your knowledgeable guide will discuss all things cheese and explain the different stages of the process. We will then enter the cheese maturation vaults to sample the reserve wheels for a gastronomical experience not to be missed. 

The tour then continues into the farm where you will see first-hand how deeply connected the final flavors of the cheese are to the land and our animal welfare. There’ll be ample opportunity to interact with the herds and flocks. 

We will then enter the Cheese Shop where your guide will take you through an in-depth tasting of Errington Cheese’s finest.
