You must be able to work one day at the weekend for this part time (and possibly full time) role creating award winning farmhouse cheese.
Our sheep and goats work weekends, and you must be happy working at the weekend – to keep our cheese at its finest the production process runs 7 days a week!
Skills
Hard Working - this is a physical job
A food hygiene qualification would be an advantage
Self motivated
Able to work by yourself and as part of a team depending on business requirements
