Lanark Blue is a modern Scottish classic made with rich and complex raw ewe-milk integrated with powerful blue veining. Savory tang characteristics with a soft brittle texture. Made seasonally from February to August. Sweet and fresh in the spring: strong and peppered by Christmas. 
 
Carefully hand crafted with raw ewe milk. Embodying distinct blue marbling on a shortbread hue, gently embraced within a natural rind. Exuding a velvet smoothness and creamy texture that pampers the senses. Hidden depths of botanical complexity are revealed.
Residual comforting hints of home manifesting as pine, coal and leather.
