The Strathearn 250g is a soft rennet set cows milk cheese with a whisky washed rind. Matured for 4 weeks, the cheeses are washed in a whisky flavoured brine every other day and we use a local single malt (The Glenturret). The paste is supple and the rind has great aroma with contrasting flavours.
